Booth Locations

As part of a Sponsorship Package, booth locations are reserved for Premium, Lead and Supporting Sponsors. Booth locations can also be purchased independently (see Fees and Sponsorship booklet).

Booth locations will be situated at lunches areas and high conference traffic spots. At Swissôtel Zurich these are the Foyer at Convention Floor (1st Floor) and lunches will also be served at Panorama Floor (31st Floor), next to elevators and workshop rooms. 

Please note: TBLI CONFERENCE™ occupies the entire Swissôtel Zurich facilities on Thursday and Friday, November 8-9, 2012. In order to ensure swift access and change from plenary floor to workshop rooms and lunches area, two (of four) hotel elevators will be reserved for TBLI CONFERENCE™ Attendees.

Booth locations measure 5 m2 and include an electricity plug (2 KW), a table and 2 chairs. Booth location sponsor packages also provide 2 free corporate passes. Free Grand Dinner invitation is not included.

Sponsors will be able to set up their booth at the assigned location from 7:00 hrs
on November 8, 2012.

An additional documentation table will be available for literature, magazines, surveys and the like brought along by sponsors and participants, but not more than 200 identical copies of each are allowed.

Handing out of documentation: neither TBLI CONFERENCE™ nor Swissôtel Zurich will accept any marketing or information print material from non-Sponsors or non-Attendees.

Booth material can be stored at Swissötel Zurich and will be accepted at Swissôtel Zurich not earlier than November 1st and no later than November 8, 2012. Storage service is at no cost.

All booth material remains the responsibility of Sponsors and senders and must have been removed by Sponsors and senders before November 9, 2012 before 13:00 hrs.

TBLI CONFERENCE™ nor Swissôtel Zurich will be held responsible or liable for any booth material damaged or lost. Materials stored and not reclaimed will be removed after November 9, 2012 17:00, without any responsibility or liability for TBLI CONFERENCE™ or Swissôtel Zurich.

Hotel Accommodation and Hotel Cancellation Policy

TBLI CONFERENCE™ EUROPE 2011 will be officially opened on November 8, 2012 at 09:00 hrs and closed on November 9, 2012 at 13:00 hrs.

A special arrangement has been made with Swissôtel Zurich as preferred hotel venue and a limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at the Swissôtel Zurich. A special hotel package of CHF260 per night (45% discount, including VAT and service, excluding City Tax of CHF2.50, excluding full American Buffet at CHF35.00 per person) is available for Speakers and Attendees related to TBLI CONFERENCE™ only. Please mention key word "HEL 110712" to benefit from this special discount during reservation.

This arrangement has been made for the convenience of conference Moderators, Speakers, Attendees and Guests. TBLI CONFERENCE™ does not benefit in any way from this arrangement. (Discounted) conference fee and additional private expenses are to be covered by Keynote Speakers, Moderators and Speakers. Credit card number will be taken for guarantee.
Confirmations are given on a "first-come first-served" basis.

Swissôtel Zurich Hotel Cancellations

Attendees guarantee their booking by Credit Card. The booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. After this date, Swissôtel Zurich charges 80% of all booked room nights to client.

TBLI CONFERENCE™ Registration, Cancellation and Refunding Policy

Attendees and Speakers are requested to register via our website registration system. All conference registrations and passes are valid for one (1) person only, are personal, non-transferable and valid for one (1) person only.
This means passes cannot be shared or split. 
Kindly note TBLI CONFERENCE™ only accepts Credit Card payment.

Attendee and Speaker Registration and Discounts

Speakers are offered the possibility to register at a reduced fee, are automatically invited to side events and are able to invite two (2) invitees at NGO/Academia rate.
Attendees and Speakers will usually be able to book accommodation at a discounted Early Bird rate; after the Early Bird ends, discounted accommodation will usually be available on "first-come first-served" basis only.
TBLI CONFERENCE™ does not provide an honorarium or cover travel expenses to Speakers or Attendees from a commercial background, but may offer special discounts to Attendees with a  social entrepreneurial background.

A limited number of 100% free conference passes is available for Asset Owners and Press on "first-come first-served" basis. Please contact the Conference Office for information and relevant discount codes.

Grand Dinner and ESG Leaders Awards Ceremony are on invitation only and a separate event within TBLI CONFERENCE™. Discounts do not apply; additional discounts also do not apply to the Speaker fee, which is fixed and valid for two (2) days only.

Speaker registration is considered final as soon as the registration fee has been paid and/or Sponsorship fee has been received. 
In case of Sponsorship, Speaker registration may be part of the Sponsorship Package and any registration amount paid in advance will be refunded. 
Speakers are requested to provide a portrait photograph and short biography, as well as a (provisional) presentation title and short introduction for the website iin English as soon as possible. Registration must be completed at least three (3) weeks in advance of conference opening date. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the conference program.

Speaker Cancellation and Refunding Policy

We are very greatful to Sponsors, however in the interest of quality and workshop moderation, Speakers will only be invited and presentations only accepted after consultation and in cooperation with the Conference Director: Sponsorship is never a prerequisite to be included in website and conference program as a Speaker; ESG expertise, tangible results and/or innovative vision remain our network's and a Speaker's main recommendations.
Fortunately we experience only a very low rate of cancellations. We expect Speakers and Attendees to be trustworthy, reliable and truthful. Organizing an event and thriving as a social entrepreneur otherwise becomes impossible and working on the basis of ESG and corporate governance principles nonsensical. Please be aware that, should you have registered as a Speaker, the later your cancellation notification is received, the more disruptive its impact on conference content, workshop moderation and organizational input will be.

Should you need to cancel your Attendee or Speaker registration, you must do this in English and in writing to TBLI Conference BV (email or postmark) and an automatic €100 administration fee will be charged. 
In addition, all Speaker and Attendee cancellations received less than four (4) weeks before the conference starting date will be liable for 25% of the registration fee; Speaker and Attendee cancellations received less than three (3) weeks before the conference starting date will be liable for 50% of the registration fee; Speaker and Attendee cancellations received less than one (1) week before the conference opening, as well as failure to attend, will be liable for 100% of the registration fee.

Sponsor Cancellation and Refunding Policy

Should you need to cancel your Sponsorship Agreement, you must do this in English and in writing to TBLI Conference BV (email or postmark) and we will be required to charge a 10% administration fee of the Sponsorship amount in addition to an automatic €100 administration fee.
In addition, all Sponsorship cancellations received less than four (4) months before the conference starting date will be liable for 25% of the Sponsorship fee; Sponsorship cancellations received less than three (3) months before the conference opening will be liable for 50% of the Sponsorship fee; Sponsorship cancellations received less than one (1) month before the conference opening will be liable for 100% of the Sponsorship fee.
Legal disputes according to Dutch law and in The Netherlands.
