Daniela Carosio is senior ESG researcher at ECPI. She is member of the UN PRI Small Funds Steering Committee and of the ESG Commission of European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS). She was previously head of Research, Proxy Voting and Engagement at Etica SGR in Milan. She has more than 15 years professional experience in corporate governance, financial analysis and investment banking in Austria (Bank Austria, Vienna) and in Italy (Mediobanca, Milan). She has also worked with the London Governance Assessment team of S&P and the Italian Stock Exchange. In Italy she is member of the Association of Non-Executive Directors (NED Community) and the Italian Association of Financial Analysts (AIAF), where she was also appointed in the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee. She currently lectures in Sustainable Finance at the Executive programs of the Alma Graduate School in Bologna and is author of several publications on corporate governance.
Daniela Carosio is a graduate in Economics of Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (DES) and in Anthropology from the Bicocca University, Milan. She also followed a MBA course at Fundacao Getùlio Vargas, Brazil.
