Ms Vivian Bouzali was born in Kastoria, Greece, in 1970. She holds a BSc in Psychology from the Loyola University of Chicago, an MSc in Counseling Psychology from Harvard University and an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Louisville.

Following two years of work as a psychologist in Loyola and Harvard University, she pursued a business career in Greece, starting in 1997 as the Administrative and Business Development Director of New York College of Athens. Following that, she held several managerial positions, such as General Manager and Vice-President of Human Capital Improvement and Executive Director for Retail, Marketing and Corporate Communication for ELTA Group (Hellenic Post Office). From 2007 till 2009 she served as a member of the Greek Parliament, with the political party of New Democracy. Today, she is the Group Communications Manager of MYTILINEOS Group, the leading independent Energy producer in Greece and a leader in the sectors of Metallurgy and EPC Construction.

Ms Bouzali is married and has a daughter.
