Rosali Pretorius is a SNR Denton partner in London and member of SNR Denton’s international investment funds team. She specialises in funds, financial regulation and derivatives. She is currently working on several funds focussing on investing in emerging markets. Rosali read law in South Africa and England (University of the Witwatersrand BA LLB cum laude, 1991; King's College London LLM, merit, 1993). After short stints as a precious metals analyst in Johannesburg and law lecturer at King's College London, she joined SNR Denton as a trainee in 1995. Rosali spent 2006 on secondment in the legal department of Goldman Sachs, focussing on commodity and funds derivatives.
