Tony joined FTSE in 2004 and supports the management of the FTSE4Good, FTSE Environmental Markets, and FTSE CDP Carbon Strategy indices. With a particular focus on the US market his responsibilities include business and product development, research partnerships and index management. He has also coordinated FTSE's global program of engagement with companies in the FTSE4Good Index Series, which features extensive work on corporate responsibility issues with some of the world's largest public companies.

Previously, Tony worked for the Multi-State Working Group on Environmental Performance (MSWG), a US not-for-profit organisation, developing market-driven regulatory disclosure frameworks. Tony holds degrees in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has a Level 3 Certificate in Investment Management from the CFA Society of the UK.
