In addition to managing the SRI team's overall strategy, Peter is responsible for managing the Aviva Investors UK ethical fund, sustainable future UK growth fund and sustainable future managed fund.

Peter joined Aviva Investors sustainable and responsible investment team in 2000 as a fund manager, and has been head of SRI since 2005. Previously, he was an SRI fund manager at Henderson Investors. Prior to that, he was a senior environmental engineer with British Steel where he specialised in environmental assessment.

Peter holds a MA in physics from Oxford University, an MSc (Distinction) in energy and environmental engineering and a PhD in environmental economics from the University of Surrey.
