Dr. Mirjam Staub-Bisang (41) is a founder and managing partner at Independent Capital Management AG, an asset management and real estate advisory firm, based in Zurich. Prior, she held senior positions in investment banking/asset management among which Commerzbank and Swiss Life Private Equity Partners. Dr. Staub-Bisang is an attorney-at-law and holds a Ph.D. degree in law from the University of Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD/Fontainebleau. Dr. Staub-Bisang serves on the advisory boards of several companies and institutions. She was awarded Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2009. She is the author of the book “Nachhaltige Anlagen für Institutionelle Investoren" (Responsible Investing for Institutional Investors), published in 2011.
