Booths and Information Stands

As part of a Sponsorship Package, stand locations will be available only to Premium, Lead and Supporting Sponsors.

Stand locations will be situated at Elicium 1 and 2, RAI Convention Centre, i.e. next to the conference auditorium and at the location where lunches and coffee breaks are situated. Stand locations measure 5 m2 and include an electricity plug (2 KW), a table and 2 chairs.

Sponsor stand material used during the event is to be received at the RAI Convention Centre no later than November 10, 2009, must be clearly marked "TBLI CONFERENCE™ EUROPE 2009 - 12-13 November 2009" and sent to the following address:

All stand material will be stored at the RAI Convention Centre, remains the responsibility of sponsors and must have been removed by sponsors before November 13, 2009 at 18:00 hrs.

An additional documentation table will be available for literature, magazines, surveys and the like brought along by sponsors and participants, but not more than 100 identical copies of each are allowed. Handing out of documentation: neither TBLI CONFERENCE™ nor RAI Convention Centre willl accept any marketing or information print material from non-sponsors.

Please note: TBLI CONFERENCE™ nor RAI Convention Centre will be held responsible or liable for any information/stand material damaged or lost. Materials stored and not reclaimed will be removed after 27 November 2009, without any responsibility or liability for TBLI CONFERENCE™ or RAI Convention Centre.

Registration, Hotel Accommodation and Cancellation Policy

TBLI CONFERENCE™ EUROPE 2009 will be officially opened on November 12, 2009 at 09:00 hrs and closed on November 13, 2009 at 17:30 hrs.

A special arrangement has been made with Holiday Inn Amsterdam**** as preferred hotel venue and a limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at the Holiday Inn, located at 5 minutes' walking distance from the venue. A special hotel package of € 139 per night (single occupancy) and € 159 (double occupancy), including breakfast, VAT and excluding 5% City Tax is available for speakers and guests related to TBLI CONFERENCE™. Speakers and guests who prefer to use this special arrangement and stay at the Holiday Inn Amsterdam**** are requested to mention TBLI and/or use the downloadable form below.

This arrangement has been made for the convenience of conference speakers, moderators, attendees and guests. TBLI CONFERENCE™ does not benefit in any way from this arrangement. Conference fee and additional private expenses are to be covered by keynote speakers, moderators and speakers. Confirmations are given on a "first come first served" basis. The deadline for hotel room cancellations is November 10, 2009, 09:00 hrs.

We have experienced an extremely low rate of TBLI CONFERENCE™ cancellations. However, should you need to cancel your registration, you must do this in writing to TBLI CONFERENCE™ (email or postmark) and we will be required to charge a € 100 administration fee. All cancellations received less than one week before TBLI CONFERENCE™ EUROPE 2009 starting date (i.e. after November 5, 2009) and failure to attend, will be liable for 100% of the registration fee.
