Suneel Parasnis works with International Resources Group, Bangkok as the Team Leader for USAID ECO-Asia CDCP’s “Regional clean energy Finance” initiative. USAID ECO-Asia has been engaged in addressing the climate change issues in China, India, and the ASEAN.

Prior to the current assignment he served as the Country Director of New Ventures India, a “Global Development Alliance” (GDA) between WRI & CII-Sohrabjee Grren Business Centre, supported by USAID, as the Country Director since December, 2005.

Prior to the assignment with the WRI, Suneel served as the Regional Director of US-AEP project of USAID for the Western Region in India.

Suneel has been professionally engaged with environment and energy sectors for more than 15 years.
