Mr Knibbe is a graduate in economics of the University of Amsterdam. He first worked as a civil servant on public finance for the ministry of Finance before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. His specialty is strategy & finance. Now for over 15 years he is working in the field of mobility & infrastructure. He has written a book about PPP. At this moment he is the IBM lead for road user charging in the Netherlands. All cars and all roads will be charged. This multi billion project will be procured by the government in 2009 and will be implemented and realised between 2011-2016.
