Lisa Galley structures, arranges and executes commercial real estate debt transactions for domestic and international institutional real estate investors on behalf of HSH Nordbank's San Francisco Representative Office. She is a founding member of the bank's international real estate finance team and represents some of the banks largest global client relationships.  In her work as a lender, Lisa has helped build real estate finance platforms out Germany, New York and now San Francisco. Prior to that, she held positions in investment real estate management, where she focused on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions as well as asset management.Lisa's finance and investment expertise also extends to sustainable real estate, where she has developed underwriting expertise in green real estate by arranging green finance transactions as well as participating actively in sustainable real estate thought leadership. She is very active in the Northern California Chapter of the US Green Building Council, the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.  She is a sought after speaker and adviser on commercial real estate finance, underwriting and lending on green real estate, urban sustainability, and innovating financial services within green real estate.
