As Chief Executive Officer, Bill has overall management responsibility for EACM and is a member of the Investment Committee.  Bill joined EACM in 1994, initially as senior analyst responsible for the event driven and short selling areas, and internal counsel for nontraditional business matters.  Previously, he was a corporate attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and securities law at Hughes Hubbard & Reed (’88-’93).  Bill received a BA from Princeton University and a JD from University of Chicago School of Law.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
