Laura Younger is the Deputy Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ). The ACCJ is focused on furthering the development of commerce between the United States of America and Japan, promoting the interests of U.S. companies and members, and improving the international business environment in Japan. In her role at the chamber, Laura is responsible for the chamber's finances and operations.
Outside the chamber, Laura is the President of the Association for Women in Finance (AWF), an organization she has been involved with for several years. AWF is a Tokyo-based events and networking organization for women in, or interested in, the finance industry. Laura is Canadian and has worked in Japan for more than 10 years. She has a BA from the University of Toronto and an MBA from McGill University.
