環境政策と経済の関係を見ると、ミクロレベルでは、環境への取組は支出を増やすが、製品の環境政策は大きなセールスポイントとなる。マクロの視点で捉えると、誰かの環境支出は誰かの収入となる。完全雇用されていない資源や労働力、資本などの出番となりうる。
