Steve joined Surfect in 2004 and became CEO, President, and a director of Surfect Holdings in September 2006. A 28 year packaging industry veteran, his marketing and technical development activities have focused on electronics manufacturing and bringing innovative interconnect technology to the semiconductor industry. He was formerly CEO of Silicon Bandwidth and SVP of Corporate Marketing and Business Development at Amkor Technology, Inc. and also spent several years at Texas Instruments.  Steve has a BSEE degree in engineering from the University of North Dakota.
