New York. Now Geneva based, he is a Founder Partner of Total Impact Advisers (TIA www.totalimpactadvisors.com). A Social Finance entity whose clients are the social entrepreneurs looking to scale - and who
recognise blended value requires blended capital expertise. He is also the current Chairman of the World Sanitation Financing Facility (WSFF- www.sanitationfinance.org) and Startegic Advisor to the Americansfor Community Development.(www.americansforcommunitydevelopment.org) .
Formerly as Leadership Group Member and the former Global Head of Social Financial Services of Ashoka (www.ashoka.org) based in
Washington DC , NY and then London, his core mission for over seven years has been to see how we can change the way social capital is
funded / allocated . In this context he has been at the forefront of creating and / or implementing new Social Financial models - such as the Social Impact Bond and the Eye Fund as well as assisting cutting
edge global social entrepreneurs in accessing the capital markets.Internationally he is one of the co-creators of the new Low Profit
Limited Liability (L3C) in the US and the proposed Social Enterprise Limited Liability Partnership (SELLP) in the UK. He has or does sit on the advisory board of a number of global social sector entitiesincluding as a member of the World Economic Forum Advisory Group on Social and Philanthropic investing, Board Member of the Big IssueInvest, and PeePoo People.
