May shareholder activism foster a stakeholder oriented Corporate Governance?
CSR and SRI today seem to live on the same planet but on opposite sides.
The two main questions of our workshop will be:
How can we link the two sides of the planet?
• Can SRI positively influence CSR by demanding a broader, stakeholder oriented corporate governance instead of a narrow shareholder perspective.
This workshop brings together experts "from both sides of the planet" as speakers. Expected participants are CSR and SRI people willing to tackle this issue. They may learn more about what their respective contribution could be to enhance the common idea of socially responsible business and of a better corporate governance at a time.
