After completing his A-levels in 1993, Steffen Klawitter, born on1st of March 1974, studied business administration at the University ofCooperative Education (Berufsakademie) in Mannheim. After hisgraduate degree in Business Administration with concentration onFinance in September 1996, he participated in a trainee program ofDeutsche Bank Private Banking.In 1997 he started advising private clients in Hamburg regardingsecurities and further services for private investors. Three yearslater he took part in a one year program for international staffexchange and worked at Deutsche Bank Private Banking in Hong Kong as adeputy of the Relationship Manager for international private clients.In 2001 he returned to the headquarters of Deutsche Bank PrivateBanking where he worked in the Strategic Business Development inFrankfurt. In this position he was part of the project office creatingDeutsche Bank´s new retail division Private & BusinessClients. At the end of the project he continued in Private &Business Clients as a Client Portfolio Manager in the Private Bankingdivision.Since the beginning of 2004 he works as a Sales Manager for DeutscheBank Private Wealth Management in Frankfurt and is responsible for theclient group Churches. Additionally he is the contact person forsustainable investments in Private Wealth Management and is part of ateam that has developed a discretionary portfolio management withsustainable assets.
