HEI and AZEK graduate, aged 45 with 2 children, Mr. Weiss has been active in analysing Swiss equities since 1986. Starting 1994, he developed a method for analysing companies by using an integrated triple bottom line, which he then implemented to manage Swiss smaller companies. At the same time, he progressively reoriented his career towards institutional asset management and SRI. He joined Synchrony Asset Management, a subsidiary of Banque Cantonale de Genève, in 2003, where he manages the SRI team. His former employers were Credit Suisse, Mirabaud & Cie, BSS and Fiduciary Trust.
