Eli Lund  is an economist and has been working in various positions in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance since 1989. From 1998 to 2005 she was working in the department for Asset management and her particular responsibility was the development of Ethical Guidelines for the Government Pension Fund.  Since January 2007 Eli Lund is head of the secretariat for the Council on Ethics for the Government Pension Fund - Global
