Paul Frentrop (1954) Published \"A history of Corporate Governance\" describing the interactions between managers and shareholders in the four centuries since the Dutch East India Company was founded in Amsterdam in 1602.

Paul runs the Amsterdam office of Deminor International, a European advisor of minority shareholders in listed and private companies and has been involved in corporate governance practice since 1987.
