Mr. Clarke is an investment banker with 20 years of experience in the U.S. public equity markets. He is an expert on the impact of Sarbanes Oxley and other U.S. extra territorial law on E.U. institutions. Former clients of Mr. Clarke include John Hancock Life Insurance, Chemical Bank, Time Warner, The Kingdom of Spain and the Republic of Argentina. Mr. Clarke is a member of the TUAC corporate governance advisory committee to the OECD [and visiting lecturer at the MBA program at the Rotterdam School of Management].
