As part of a Sponsorship Package, booth locations are reserved for Premium, Lead and Supporting Sponsors. Booth locations can also be purchased independently (see Fees and Sponsor packages).
Booth locations will be situated at lunches areas and high conference traffic spots. At UFT these are TBC (2nd Floor) and lunches will also be served at TBC (2nd Floor).

Sponsors will be able to set up their booth at the assigned location from 7:00 hrs
on June 17, 2013.
An additional documentation table will be available for literature, magazines, surveys and the like brought along by sponsors and participants, but not more than 200 identical copies of each are allowed.

Booth material can be stored at UFT and will be accepted at UFT not earlier than June 10 and no later than June 17, 2013. Storage service is at no cost.
