Douglas Clayton is Founder and CEO of Leopard Capital, a pioneer investor in emerging frontiers such as Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, and Haiti through private equity and public equity funds. Douglas has 26 years of investment experience in Asia and Latin America, and earlier held senior management positions at CLSA, Credit Agricole Indosuez WI Carr, and Abacus Equity Partners. In addition to leading Leopard Capital's investment activities and global expansion, he serves as Technical Advisor to the Director-General of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Cambodia, and Trustee of the Center for Khmer Studies.
