Andy is founder & director of SolAbility Ltd, a consultancy specialising in sustainable management strategy and sustainable investment research provision, founded in 2005. Prior to moving to Korea, he worked as analyst for the DJSI at SAM Research in Zurich and held several assignments as researcher on energy technology and energy market developments. In his earlier career, he was involved in humanitarian relief projects in the Balkans and Central America and served as Project Consultant. He holds a Master in Energy Engineering and a Master in International Development.
