Susan Blesener is the founder and managing partner of The Art of Value, a consultancy that helps companies prioritize opportunities to create social and environmental value while maintaining or increasing profitability. She began working on integrated reporting at the private sector arm of the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation, in 2006. From 2008 to mid 2012 she headed up the integrated reporting team at one of the first companies to integrate financial and non-financial reporting, pharmaceutical maker Novo Nordisk. She has an economics degree and an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and her experience includes expertise in the financial and energy sectors.
